You can even sign up as a team, for example a family team or an office team, alternating who in your team walks the 1.2 miles each day. This is so those not working or those with a small social circle can take part. Children are welcome to join, but they need a parent or guardian to register on their behalf and accompany them on their walk.<\/li>\n \t<li>You will need to source your own mileage tracker.
